Our Psychotherapists include Psychologists and Marriage and Family Therapists.  Our psychotherapists are experts in the mind and human behavior. In addition to college, Psychologists have completed typically six additional years of post-graduate studies and thousands of clinical hours to earn a doctoral degree of a PsyD or PhD.  MFTs complete a similar training pathway earning a master’s degree.  Psychotherapists use psychotherapy to help clients establish goals for happier living and develop a plan of action to achieve those goals. Our psychotherapists are trained in a myriad of modalities of psychotherapy and will match the treatment plan to your individual needs. All of our psychotherapists have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT as well as mindfulness and meditation. Clients typically meet with Psychotherapists for weekly psychotherapy sessions.
