Our Therapists include Psychologists and Marriage and Family Therapists. Our Therapists are experts in the mind and human behavior. In addition to college, Psychologists have completed typically six additional years of post-graduate studies and thousands of clinical hours to earn a doctoral degree of a PsyD or PhD. MFTs complete a similar training pathway earning a master’s degree. Therapists use psychotherapy to help clients establish goals for happier living and develop a plan of action to achieve those goals. Our Therapists are trained in a myriad of modalities of psychotherapy and will match the treatment plan to your individual needs. All of our Therapists have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT as well as mindfulness and meditation. Clients typically meet with Therapists for weekly psychotherapy sessions.
