Dr. Tatiana Cox, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings a relatable, empathetic approach to therapy. She describes herself as approachable, supportive, and understanding—traits that shape every therapeutic relationship she builds. Her work is rooted in the belief that mental health support should be accessible, judgment-free, and grounded in trust.

Dr. Cox holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program at Nova Southeastern University. Her academic journey also includes Master’s degrees in both Clinical Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Northeastern University. Her background in behavior analysis and clinical science allows her to support a wide range of client needs, from emotional challenges to behavioral goals.

Raised in a military family, Dr. Cox grew up in diverse environments, witnessing firsthand the resilience—and at times, the invisible struggles—of individuals and families navigating change, stress, and trauma. These early experiences sparked her deep passion for mental health and shaped her unwavering commitment to helping others find clarity, strength, and healing.

Clients working with Dr. Cox quickly discover that she values real connection over clinical detachment. She prefers relatability to stoic professionalism, creating a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. She offers a compassionate ear, a steady presence, and a collaborative approach to growth and recovery.

Dr. Cox continues to be inspired by the transformative power of therapy. She believes in its ability to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and is motivated each day by the opportunity to walk alongside her clients on their path toward self-understanding, resilience, and fulfillment.

Outside of work, Dr. Cox is all about balance and joy. She enjoys watching sports and WWE, cooking up new recipes, spending time at amusement parks, and relaxing with her dog—simple pleasures that keep her grounded and refreshed.
