Dr. Singletary's treatment approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, a modality she has found to be effective in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful progress. She values collaboration and works closely with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Singletary finds joy in cooking for others, gardening, and indulging in a good book. She cherishes spending time with her two dogs and her mother, finding solace and inspiration in their company.
