Ms. Nina Cianfrani is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts.

Ms. Cianfrani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College.

Her extensive experience in the field involves providing both short-term and ongoing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families. She has also facilitated group and individual therapy sessions for a wide variety of disorders and diverse populations utilizing a range of techniques tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Her approach to treatment consists of elements from evidenced-based interventions, and a wide variety of behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic therapies. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process between the client and therapist focused on identifying potential areas for growth and development. The way she would work with you is based on what you want and on what you’ve already got going for you: people often have more strengths and skills than they’re aware of.

She recognizes that therapy can be intimidating and even anxiety-inducing. She values her ability to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where humor is welcomed and encouraged! Helping individuals build upon their unique strengths, internal wisdom, knowledge, and personal goals are her passion and she looks forward to continuing this journey with you.
