Dr. Sarah Hollander, MD, is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist dedicated to treating the whole person with scientific depth and genuine human understanding. With a background in Biological Psychology and Neurology, she earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis, her MD from Avalon University School of Medicine, and completed her Psychiatry Residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, a clinical affiliate of Rutgers University.
Dr. Hollander approaches each individual as a unique system with a unique story. Her role is part physician, part guide - helping clients explore the deeper architecture of their challenges and chart a path toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change. She blends evidence-based therapies with compassion, intuition, and a personalized focus on meaningful results. Her work is grounded in collaboration and guided by the belief that mental health care should be deeply aligned with each person’s values, emotional goals, and life vision.
