Kind and inquisitive by nature, she approaches her work with genuine curiosity and a lifelong dedication to learning, ensuring her clients receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.

Vickie’s path into mental health began in group homes and case management, where she developed firsthand experience working with individuals facing complex mental health challenges. With over 25 years in the field, she has witnessed the profound impact of mental health care and remains deeply invested in making a difference in her clients’ lives. Her dedication to this work is driven by a strong belief that mental wellness is essential to overall well-being, and she considers it a privilege to support her clients through their healing process.

Vickie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian University before advancing her education with a Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and talk therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She firmly believes that listening is one of the most powerful tools in therapy, following the philosophy that “we have two ears and one tongue so that we may listen more and talk less.” She provides a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges with trust and confidence.

Growing up in a small Midwestern town, Vickie witnessed the effects of addiction and mental health struggles within her own community, which fueled her passion for helping others. This personal connection to the field has given her a deep sense of empathy and understanding, allowing her to relate to clients from all walks of life. She is fully invested in their well-being, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered to work toward positive change.

Outside of work, Vickie enjoys spending time at the beach, antiquing, reading, and traveling. She cherishes moments with her family and her beloved Rottweilers, finding joy in the simple things that bring balance to her life. Her unwavering dedication to her clients and her passion for mental health make her a compassionate and trusted provider in the field.
